PS3 NO SOUND (ON AND OFF AUDIO COUNTINUOSLY) USING HDMI

i have a ps3 slim series cech 20xxx and i have a problem when connecting via hdmi the sound sometimes appears and does not appear continuously, but when i use av component the sound can come out .. i have done set all on the audio settings just using 44 and 48khz (unchecked other option) and my problem has not been resolved..
please help

Have you tried a different HDMI cable? That may be the case. Or, your HDMI port on either the monitor or the PlayStation may be broken. Check the ports from the outside for any visual damage, if that fails you could have a look at the inside and see if the soldering for the HDMI component is off.

Is multiple audio output enabled? If so, try to deactivate it.
