PS3 ps3 Nor bricked

I recently bought a PS3 Slim (cech 3001a) that won't turn on. The green LED lights up, but after a while, the LED goes out. I ran the Syscom diagnostic procedure, and the registration error was with the NOR chip.

I bought an E3 flasher and made a backup. When I run the backup on the PS3 backup checker it shows this. What does this mean? This backup is useless. If so, is it possible to flash another backup to bring it back?

dump again with your flasher 2 or 3 times and compare them

if you get the same results it's a corrupted nor and pray for a backup

if i indded got the not corrupted, and i dont have a backup, im screwed ?
