i have a CECHL ps3 with the latest evilnat 4.92 and also the latest webman 1.47.48n installed and recently encountered a problem. every once in a while the ps3 just freezes mid-game and i get a black screen and then the recovery mode screen comes up where it says the firmware cannot be run correctly and i should either press the PS button to restart or install the firmware. i press the PS button to restart and it boots up just fine. it is kind of annoying. sometimes it doesn't happen all day and sometimes more often.
i already changed the harddrive and installed everything new but same problem. it's not a overheating problem also since i monitored that and the temp never exceeds 63.
one thing i forgot. whenever this happens webman disappears from the xmb. it is still there since i can access it in the browser on my computer it's just gone from the xmb and i have to run the installer again for it to appear in the xmb again
anybody have any idea what this could be?
