PS3 slim no sound, no video HDMI, loong start

Hi, i have ps3 slim 2504b a1,
I have a problem with a long console startup process
after pressing the power button, the green LED lights up, the fan does not spin, after 65 seconds the fan starts and the console gives an video and works normally
Another problem, the console only displays in AV port, hdmi does not work
but audio does not work on both AV and HDMI outputs.
I tried factory reset console, formatted the disk, updated the firmware. nothing helped, hardware failure
What could have broken, transmitter HDMI? brigde?

My 3001 model the HDMI port went out on it twice. Finally the component cables stopped working so grabbed a new pair. Found out the AV port went out as well so it got tossed out. The long start will probably be due to that but if you have another HDD test that to see if it helps as long load times can be due to a fail disk as well.

ehhh. it is not the fault of the cables and the drive.
without a disk, the console may also start up and display a message .
I wonder if it is a hdmi transmitter or a bridge

HDMI ports are known to go out but that shouldn't cause a lag in boot times.
