Ps3 Slowing down with homebrews

First of all my ps3 is on 4.75, and works perfectly fine with games from HDD and External hard drive, but a week ago i installed webman for the fan control, and after that, all games were slowed down, even the XMB, i tried uninstalling webman and rebuild database from recovery mode, the ps3 runs smoothly again, and the fan effect is still there, but when i restart the ps3 the fan effect was reset and going slow.
I also tried using ps3 fan utility, again the result was same, the ps3 is going slow.
Are there anything i can do with this?
Maybe some preferences i need to enable/disable on webman?

only use one thread please. i deleted the new one.

Alright, sorry i thought i posted it in a wrong thread
i moved it to general ps3 support sub-forum.

i cant think of any settings in webman that would cause a problem like this. especially if most were default because you just installed it.

i have newer had a game slow down but a bad hard drive did cause my xmb to hang for a second every few seconds. i doubt that is the problem here because it went away when you uninstalled webman.

what model do you have? cech-??
which cfw are you running?

It's CECH2000A, running on habib 4.75.
Maybe it's the hard drive failing, but whenever i unplug the external HDD, the system doesn't have any slowdown whatsoever.

there is a webam setting called disable usb polling. you can try to change it. i dont know if it will help but worth a try.

Apparently i disabled the USB polling by accident, and it was supposed to be turned on. And i defrag my Hard Drive, and it's all working perfectly, thanks so much
