PS3 PS3 SUPER SLIM SYSCON ERROR 3013

I am new to ps3 repairs and don't really know what i am doing yet. I would like some help if possible, This ps3 super slim has an instant YLOD. Managed to get the syscon error logs i will post them below. If someone knows what should i do it would be amazing. I tried doing some research on how to fix it and i got this: "Fixes involve checking for shorts near C4001, C6320, or replacing fuse F6302, as failures in the 1.7V_MISC circuit (IC6301) commonly cause this" I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ANY OF THIS MEANS PLEASE HELP ME!!
I will also attach a photo where i think the fuse might be, please nudge me in the right direction. Thanks!

There doesn't seem to be a lot of information regarding PQX boards, but fuses should be labeled on the board as F(some number), you can start by checking them for continuity (and then checking for shorts to ground I guess. Can't hurt to check those).
The wiki doesn't seem to have test points the voltage rails for your specific board (maybe I just missed it since I don't know much about super slims) but maybe someone else on the forum knows more?

The first error on the bottom is a cell thermal shutdown while the console was on, so the fault might be related to that. The fixes you mention seem to be valid when there are multiple error codes, but you're always getting a 3013 so it might just be a dead Cell.
