PS3 PS3 to PSVITA

Hello, is there anyway to somehow enable transferring PS1 game from a PS3 to ps vita, there is some games that aren't in the ps vita store but is available if you transfer it to a ps vita or psp like: metal gear solid,

1. Copy "dev_hdd0/game/<GameID>/USRDIR/*.pbp" of Your game to PC.
2. Copy it to PSVita/PSTV to "ux0:/pspemu/PSP/GAME/<GameID>/".

But there is no way to use the content manager in the vita instead, right?

Would it be possible to do this with PSP games brought onto the PS3 as .pkgs?

Sorry if there's an obvious answer to that question, but since you used to be able to transfer PSP titles from PS3 -> PSP/PS Vita I wanted to see if my question was possible. Both systems are hacked in this case.

@Axios Yes, just unpack PKG on PC (like PS3 fw would do in above example).

Iirc, this can be done officially, as there are several ps vita or psp only psp games that are on the ps3 store but can't be played on the ps3 itself, which can be confusing if you have the same game on both systems. Normally, you connect the vita or psp and select the pkg bubble's copy command. If it's unofficial, you'd have to do what @Berion said. I made this mistake with breath of fire 3, which is psp only officially, while breath of fire 4 is on the ps3 officially. I got a refund for it. Both Sony and Microsoft are pretty generous about that sort of thing.
