PS3 PS3 Tools error / "file or command not found"

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

When I first installed PS3tools, I got an error saying a .dll was missing, I installed the dll and it worked

Then I tried to use the PS3 Package GUI tool, opened a pkg, and got the error "file or command not found" I also installed the Msvbvm50 dependency
and it still gives me the same error

Maybe something got corrupted when I reinstalled the program after installing the missing dll, idk
I already tried deleting the ps3tools folder from my pc user folder manually and reinstalling the program but it still gives the same error
(and yes, I installed everything and opened it as administrator)

How do I fix this?

In Windows Virus & threat protection, exclude %userprofile%\AppData\Local\temp\PS3P_PKG_Ripper.exe

You probably will need to exclude first %userprofile%\AppData\Local\temp to allow the creation of the executable.
Otherwise you won't be able to exclude the executable because it isn't created yet.

This is a new annoyance from Windows Defender.

The error occurs because Windows Defender is preventing the creation of the file, which is created by the GUI in the temp folder and interpreted as a threat. This is a false positive.

I did what you told me
I excluded the Temp folder, and I also excluded the file
the file could finally be created, but I still get the same error

why

Disable av realtime monitoring temporarily and see if it has error.

there are exclusions, I disabled Windows Defender, and I still get the same error
idk what to do anymore, nor do I understand anything XD

(I don't have another antivirus)
