Same problem every 3 months, that's how it is with the mixture of free SSL, Cloudflare and PS3. The only alternative is to buy a custom SSL certificate but that would require more money.
I should be able to fix it some time in the next 24h..

if you are on OFW 4.89, you must wait for an update to BGTOOLSET.

hi im on hfw on 4.88
my ps3 are cechb japanese without wifi that i want to make it to cfw rather than hen so im following those tutorial on youtube
now my ps3 kinda stuck at "initializing ps3 tool set please wait" without asking for flash plugin nor beep
already make multiple user and still stuck on it
plug out usb drive
restart my router even change the dns to google or standard still stuck on this

is there any way to dump nand without this or there some app in hen can do this ?

Try creating a second user account and use that for jailbreaking. You can delete it after you flash the CFW.
