PS3 ps3 Undervolting

I'd like to ask if the reduction in voltage depends on how long the machine has been used?
The cecha00 was used for only 21 days, yet it was able to run games stably with a voltage reduction of 1.05V (21).

Conversely, decha00j, which has been used for the longest time (928 days), can only be used at 1.1125v.
I'm wondering if it's caused by cell aging.

Yes its that and also different Dies, you can't generalize how much they can undervolt with time alone but it is one of the contributing factors

Other factors can also be the state of the NEC/TOKINs.
My CECHC with less than 14 days runtime is able to do 1.0875V on both, technically RSX till 1.05V but I experienced YLOD when launching anything first try after a day without use and power. I had a RSX underclock applied on the XMB and removing that fixed the issue. I may try 1.05V again on the RSX

As for temps CELL stays at around 51-54C and RSX 46-51 during Games with a fan speed max of 28-30% (custom syscon fantbl)

Silicon lottery is the biggest factor in here. I've had A01s with CELLs that were stable at 0.99-1.00V, whereas others did need 1.15+ to achieve stability at stock.
