Hello! I have 3 questions
1. I bought a ps3 slim (2004a) with cfw 4.70 cobra and I would like to update to the latest evilnat. Is it possible?

2. I have a disk with hfw from a dead console (2504b) also slim, is there a chance to continue using it without deleting games and saves from the disk?

3. If I would like to upgrade the disk from my cfw, after replacing it I can install the system again like in a console with hfw? Is there more bullshit to make the console work

Sorry for the stupid questions but I am new to soft modding and I would not like to screw up the console

Greetings from Poland, dear gentlemen

1. If you are on CFW, then you can update to a newer CFW without issues. Try updating to EVILNAT 4.91 first, if you have any issues then update to REBUG 4.84.

2. No, a PS3's HDD is bound to the console that's formatted. If you put it into another console, it will prompt to format it.

3. I don't quite understand your question. You can upgrade your HDD, and the console will prompt to format it (you must use the CFW PUP in order to retain and install CFW).

you meant quite, not quiet. it's a common mistake, so don't worry about it. I don't want to be a grammar nazi. lol

Okay thanks for the answer, but I have one more.
Now I have cex version 4.70 is it worth updating to pex
(Retail console, CEX + DEX kernel) 4.91.2? for a new curious cfw user. because I would like to use rebug toolbox sometimes

Evilnat 4.91 already contains all the REBUG Toolbox's features included.
