Ps3hen 4.89, multiman black screen

Hi,

I have an old PS3 model and I've just install PS3Hen on it. I had updated the firmware to 4.89 HFW before. I installed multiman and Irishman. Both of them don't load, I get a black screen. I enable Hen before opening the apps. What should I do?

Is there any issue with ur wifi/Bluetooth module or disk drive??

I have error 80710101 often in the browser. I don't think I have other issues. I installed Hen through internet. My disk and bluetooth seem fine… maybe it is cause by the fact that I've already tried to jailbreak it long time ago without success, but firmware update to 4.87hfw worked and I have access to hen tools and setting when I enable it.

that error is about internet/network connection. maybe your cable is loose or maybe the network port is dying -- hard to say...

does your disk drive read any discs (ps3,ps2,dvd,br,ANYTHING)? if it is completely broken ot disconnected, no homebrew or psn games will start (blackscreen). (i doubt this is the problem because it would have caused a bootloop when you updated the hfw.)

I have not noticed but you are right. I can't put cd in my ps3, I doesn't take it. Can I do something?

Turn off ur consol then hold power button for 5 seconds till to enter consols resulotion setting then reset ur hdmi settings

Hi. If u have a fat PS3, u can use bgtoolset for patching ur PS3 and then install a nobd CFW to avoid this blackscreen error.
Nobd CFW has its demerits but will play most of ur games

You should try to put the original firmware v4.89 and then check if everything works fine with it and your browser get fixed.
