PS3HEN PS3HEN Freezing when installing pkg game

I Have a Problem with PS3HEN 3.0.2. When i launch PrepISO 1.27 (Prepare exFAT/NTFS Drives 1.27) so it could detect the usb 3.0 drive i did put in, it does exactly what it is supposed to do but when i go to My games --> Blu-ray and DVD and i click on pkg game i want to install it freezes and i have restart my PS3 Slim. It woked last year but now it freezs or sometimes not react on my controller. I will put a youtube link here to show how it is:
