PS3 PS3ISO's Not playable over ps3netsrv

New to the party over here.

PSHen, webMAN enabled
ps3netsrv running on Ubuntu, and pointing to the PS3 folder on my NAS.
Ubuntu is connected to the NAS via 1Gb Ethernet.
PS3 is connected to the LAN 1Gb Ethernet.

webMAN is able to see the ISO's, and load them some of the time but not playable at all.
Heavenly Sword loads and plays, but gets a cache error at the place following a cut scene and have to quit.
Drakes Uncharted just spins on the initial loading screen ( spinning gold coin in lower left )

Is ps3netsrv more of a proof of concept, or is really supposed to allow playing PS3 ISO backups over the LAN?
If it is supposed to functional, then what I am I doing wrong?

ps3netsrv is fully functional and lets play remote PS3 ISO backups from a NAS or PC storage.

The first thing that you must check is if the ISO is actually playable on the PS3. Try copying the file locally to the internal PS3 HDD.

If the ISO is playable, the next things that you should check are:
1- IP address should be static on PS3 and NAS
2- Check if the NAS storage is corrupted
3- Verify that the network connection is stable (you could try with a differnet Ethernet cable)
4- Test streaming the games from PC
5- Verify permissions on the directory (if the game can be launched, this check is not really necessary)
