PS3 PS3TrophyIsGood - Timestamps Not Matching

I'm trying to set a trophy to 18:47:39 (6:47 PM) using the tool but when I put the trophy folder back on the PS3 the trophy says 8:17 PM and not 6:47 PM. How do I fix this?

Firmware: 4.88 Evilnat Cobra 8.3
