PS3 ps3xpad causes black screen freeze when launching any homebrew app

Few days ago, I tried using the ps3xpad plugin launching it via cobra boot_plugins.txt and trying to configure it. Somehow, it worked only for a short period of time and it broke my PS3. Bluetooth stopped working, I couldn't launch any homebrew applications. I tried several things. Installing tenths of different versions of CFW. The only thing that fixed the issue was Evilnat 4.88 noBT noBD.

Yesterday, I wanted to try out the Rebug with DEX kernel because I wanted to try out Linux on PS3 and thought let's give it another shot with the ps3xpad. It is just buggy and doesn't work. Launching it, got me nowhere. I could launch the VHS menu, but couldn't choose anything and couldn't control it with my DS4. I had to edit PID and VID in the ...devices.txt for my DualShock 4 because for some reason it was showing different numbers than there were in the table by default. But then my DS4 stopped working just like that in wired mode. Strange I must say. When I disabled the ps3xpad and rebooted, it worked fine.

And the same thing happened now. I can't launch any homebrew applications no matter what. I can't revert to CEX kernel because I can't launch Rebug Toolbox. I tried doing multiple things like formatting the drive, rebuilding the database, trying out different kinds of CFW even noBT noBD versions (even ancient one like 4.5x noBD noBT). I tried ps3 toolset and maybe trying to jailbreak it again out of desperation, but I can't when I select patch flash memory the upload a file via HTTPS option is greyed out. I honestly don't know what to do.
I have absolutely no idea what this plugin does but omg. I highly discourage anyone from ever trying it out.

What do you think I should do? I was thinking about installing OFW, but that would mean installing DEX OFW and that would mean the ps3 toolset couldn't jailbreak it.
