PS3HEN ps3xploit is down, what are the working alternatives ??

i tried too until it downloaded something and then says installation failed. Im not sure if we should have something else in our usb. In some videos i see a HEN with 32 MB and this one has 19

I have to edit. I forgot to rename the pkg file

So I have the Same issues and was able to get it working without issue's.

I installed xampp method on my pc using this guide:

After that, I used Coro 4.91 and changed it to 4.92 in this section here: https://www.psx-place.com/threads/4-91-update-auto-hen-installer-by-lmn7.34304/

Using the USB with the Hen_update pkg it seemless updated it self after HEN was enabled.

My issue was after updating to the latest HFW 4.92, my hen icon was gone and didn't know the website was down. I tried all the other methods posted but for some reason my ps3 would lock up. this is the only method for me that worked without locking the ps3 up.

Again, Using xampp following Coro's 4.91 and using the updated hen 3.4.1.

Here's the File's if people are having trouble, just felt bad for the guy that needed to get his not so close friend ps3 back up and running.

So follow the guide and put the files on the usb drive? But use the 4.92 files? Im confused

i tried to update autohen to 4.92 last night. it fails sometimes but still downloads (let it do complete the download of HEN.p3t). back out of browser if it fails to start but does download. enter browser again and open page again. cancel the download by pressing O and it should still find the file from last try.

if it works, please let me know and i will move it to the main directory instead of test directory.

It worked let's goooo as soon as it downloaded it rebooted and im on hen

I used these files 5 minutes ago on my 4.92 Slim. I used XAMPP and put the HEN Installer on the root of flash drive and it worked first try. You have to remove the HEN installer from the root of the flash drive after hen installs otherwise it will rerun the installer when you enable hen. I uploaded the files to share myself at https://limewire.com/d/KtPb9#VAH55tSjJX
 
You don't need the pkg on usb for AutoHEN installer on 4.92, but you can use it on 4.87 to 4.91 to update HEN to latest after installing. Those versions use 3.3.0 and I don't have time to update them anytime soon.

Sorry about that, I'm just used to pulling the usb when done you are correct with the loop. happy you reshared. It was painful so come back and see people couldn't get there PS3 going since the 17th! The Dev's I understand! If you look up XDA EUGENE373, I am he, I rooted alot of devices and I also understand Dev's have a life as well.
