There's a Russian mirror to it. use Google translate to take photos to translate everything and you'll be fine

Its also known to be flawed and buggy and has potential to brick your system.
Its not the true clone of the real bgtoolset. It may look the same but its an entirely different engine powering it and no where the safety the real toolset provides. SO ITS NOT A RUSSIAN MIRROR as its not the same thing. IT JUST LOOKS THE SAME !!!!!!!!

That is coming from the guy who created it and designed it and discovered the exploits. In other words an expert (the expert) on the situation.

We do not allow that link (i removed in your post) because of the dangers it has and we known and have warned them about. So please refrain from posting links that have flawed bugged versions of the roolset.

I already know of an English mirror that supports up to 4.88. I Haven't tried it because of the risk of bricking the console. Saying that I haven't had anyone come forward and say they bricked there console from using a mirror site. Has anyone had a brick from using a mirror site?

I've literally only heard people say it's worked fine for them :/

it really does not matter to me if it works or not. @bguerville worked long and hard on it and he did NOT give anyone permission to host, change, translate, or do anything else with it except use it on his site. it is not open source, public domain, copy-left, fair use, or any other legal excuse. it is STOLEN! anybody that believes that "it is okay to use" must also think that it is okay to steal from the developers. for shame!

If webman MOD will have implementation of a software flasher for HEN consoles how will it compare to PS3 Toolset?

Nobody owes anybody the toolset or a website to use it. Some very smart people give time and energy to build this community and we're all friends here. No need to be nasty to people while asking for free stuff.

The console is flawed due to syscon fan control and a blu-ray drive that simply will fail if used to much for gaming. I referbish these consoles for a living and i simply wont sell one without an efficient fan speed and it also must have the ability to install games that you own to the HD. I have made donations to the site because I use it regularly and its a valuable resource. I am however a little disappointed that whilst homebrew enabler has an alternative site, bgtoolset has nothing now the DNS trick no longer works. Let's be absolutely clear, no one would use a mirror site if there was a legitimate work around to install custom firmware. So whilst i agree these sites shouldnt be stealing the bgtoolset, its important to note that no one would use them if there was a alternative site to go to.

It's unknown if the software flasher will be enabled sometime in the future. It still requires a lot of tests and I don't have a console with hardware flasher installed to do proper tests.

The source code is available for developers that want to continue the research.

Even if it's ever released, bgtoolset would be superior in at least 2 aspects:
1- It would require HEN to run, while bgtoolset can run on OFW, HFW or CFW
2- bgtoolset accuracy is near 100%. It has been tested on thousands of consoles.
