PS4 PS4 backing up digital library

Please forgive me if this has been discussed somewhere else as I'm new to the PS4 Scene and haven't been able to find anything on this online. I know you can back up your digital library of games on PS3, but I haven't been able to find anything for PS4. Is it just not possible? I have recently JB my PS4 and all of my digital games have a lock icon on them, and I can't seem to find any way or any tools online that allow me to back them up and create fake packages of them. What gives? Any help or assistance would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
