Hello everyone, I have a particular problem with my ps4. It freezes "only" when I start a game (both disc and digital). It can stay on for several hours on the menu without ever freezing, but when I start a game, it freezes, without turning off. The LED remains white, the video output seems to no longer give a signal. It does not provide error codes. You have to force it to turn it off. I have already tried these attempts: 1) changed thermal paste and thermal pads. 2) reinstalled the operating system (I also tried on a different HD disk). At this point I think it is a motherboard problem. Can anyone help me? thanks to everyone
