PS4 PS4 diode

Hi, a friend gave me a broken console and I want to try to fix it.
After pressing the power button - 1 beep, blue light for 2-3 seconds and turns off.
I have the same model - working.
I opened and compared the two boards and saw that one diode was broken.
Does anyone know what the diode is to change it or to try to remove the working one from my console and see if it works?

The diode is not damaged. I exchanged them with the working console and it doesn't work again. I think there are traces of water and maybe it got to the diode.
Isn't the southbridge damaged?

Looks like there are signs of liquid damage, I would first fully tear down the console and then give the motherboard a thorough visual inspection front and back and look for signs of corrosion.

2 second beep could indicate power supply issue as well. when the console beeps it sends about 4V to the power supply to give 12V and if the power supply doesnt provide 12v console turns off.
2nd possiblility is the motherboard is not sending voltage to psu to turn on 12v. the acdc_stby pin is made 4v to switch on 12v.

So first make sure the power supply is good and if its good, then do a good visual inspection of the motherboard. Also try to check for shorts beside and below the southbridge with a multimeter, usually when southbridge fails there will be multiple shorts across capacitors in that area.
