PS4 PS4 HOT Idle temps

So I have an original PS4 from release and as soon as I turn it on it spikes to 80-86 celsius/185 Fahrenheit (according to PS4Temp) on the home dashboard.

I have cleaned out the inside down to the motherboard. Thus I reapplied thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5) and these have done nothing.

Its 9.00 goldhen but I had these issues before JB.

It very loud very hot and I think its just screwed at this point but Im going to ask first.

Make sure you screwed the screws evenly and there is no gap between heatsink and cpu, also change thermal pads with new ones for vrms and vram if this doesnt help maybe check your fan if its spins, but if you temps spike that fast when turning on i bet on non even heatsink if that is the case and you put everything together, try lapping the heatsink.
