PS4 PS4 no power eject button only beeps once

No lights or beeps or nothing, but once you press the eject button, it'll beep once but doesn't light up
I've already tried a couple of different tricks like pulling the cover off and cleaning off the top of the system and change the power supply.
I pulled the power supply out of the system and cleaned it completely.

What's the problem?
I checked the south bridge and it's not shorted out.

The testable eject button clicked three times with the disk drive removed. Power is not on yet.
