PS4 PS4 On 4.55

Hey

Just picked up a PS4 and it's on 4.55. Should I update to 9.00? I know some games won't work on lower firmware.

If You want SAMU keys then You should update to lower than 7.51, hack it, get the keys, and only after that, jump into 9.00. I don't know how to do this but I'm interesting in those keys and small partition dumps from Your console. ^^

Honestly I prefer 5.05 as there are some things that have been patched above that. You can backport games early to 5.05 but you may be happy with 9.00 as it suits most needs and not much can be backported. Wish I hadn't updated but all in all I do not use it much.
