As a new forum member, your account permissions are temporarily restricted for security reasons, your first posts are all subjected to moderation approval & depending on the moderation team availability, they may take anything from a few seconds to a couple of hours in order to get approved & publicly displayed, although most of the time it takes only a few minutes.
