hi, im trying to repair this console, first it came with no power at all, i replaced southbridge pmu RT5080 and console was able to turn on, but testing shows ps4 shuts off unexpectedly. I already tried another working PSU, replaced southbridge as well, console remains the same. Now I am trying uart method for diagnosis, dumped nor, patched for enabling uart and now I am able to see uart log.

(cd0:ahcich0:0:0:0): SCSI status: Check Condition

(cd0:ahcich0:0:0:0): cddone: got error 0x16 back

this is the last shown before ps4 shuts off.
