PS4 ps4 vulnerable to bluetooth exploit hack

Unless you provide concrete proof and a URL better than an unrelated, generic DDG search query, your friend is BSing.
 
as you can see in the link no device is safe. info may be released soon. this is not a ps4 issue but a bluetooth issue.

And how is this useful? At best, it lets you decrypt/sniff communication between the PS4 and the bluetooth devices connected to it.

my point exactly... its exploitable and the info is public and any person knowledgeable should be able to do this. im sure they are working on it as we speak.
