Template for everyone which want create Sony looks like icons for PS4 menu.

• 640x640 for 4K
  
• 512x512 for standard (just flatten project and resize to 512, do not resize without flattening first or else You will get semi transparent 1px border artefact from downsampling)

Remember also to reduce colour spectrum to 8bit (256 colours) i.e by pngquant. It is not necessary, but all official icons are 8bit with no alpha - for some really unknown reason (seriously? 8GiB RAM and GPU with ~170GiB/s speed needs such optimizations? WTF Sony? ).
