PS5 PS5 HDD initialised on PC. Data gone?

I hooked up my external 8TB PS5 HDD to my PC. I clicked "initialise" on PC and now the PS5 can no longer read it.

I have another 8TB HDD of the same make and model. Is there anything i could do to fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
