PS2 PSBBN 2.0 English patch question

So, I am wondering is there a way of using VMCs with neutrino on this patch that I can't find, or do I NEED to use a physical memory card? I had posted a couple questions directly on the PSBBN thread but then got the message that I can only post here for some reason…

Not some reason, THIS reason:

To counter some abuse we have detected. we have decided to restrict some forum access for new posting accounts for the time being
