PS3 PSN access on DECH?

I got myself a DECH-2500A unit (a real one, not a converted unit, mainly for collection but also for the benefit of not having to deal with HDCP). Flashed it to Evilnat D-PEX 4.90.

I'd like to download my digital games from PSN. Preferably without getting banned...
Anyway, what should I do to be safe?

• Does Sony detect DECH units at all? Do I need to spoof the IDPS of a retail unit?
• Should I switch to CEX mode or can I keep it on DEX?
• Change NP option in Debug Settings?
• Anything else?
