PS3 PSNpatch - Releases / Usage Information (Official Support Thread)

"Rebug vsh menu" is meant for "rebug" so yes only reported by rebug users. I am not sure about the original vsh menu or other forks..

Sorry I missed the Rebug part og the name. Assumed you were talking about the non Rebug [emoji14]lugin.
Bloody phone screen.. Too small...

1. Auto loader,

If you're telling me that you've been using MAMBA Loader with COBRA mode, I advise not to use this at all if you insist on using COBRA mode. I personally do not like this new_core

2. Regarding your save files, once you start making save files with that fake owner, you can't use this save on non-rebug/rebug lite edition, your owner is changed by vsh so you need to resign your save file to get your ownership back which is the one of the reasons why I do not use since I switch cfw a lot..

No Joonie, i was using the loader plugin that came in psnpatch for non cobra cfw, because what i wanted to do was switch on and off cobra but without losing the plugins functions...

So, i saw that it is possible to reasign the saves, but, it as to be done one by one or there is a way that can be done all in one?

In this moment i have that option enabled, but somehow only affect the account that doesnt have online, the other one is working without issues.. that is strange no?

I really don't know how that auto loader works since I never tried that way.

About saves, that depends on the pc tool, I don't think I have seen any batch resigners,

And PSN account has higher privilege than offline profiles, imagine that you want to load game saves on your friend's ps3, just to show him your progress or go on a tournament for fighting games like that...

So it's normal that online account doesn't get affected

is this loader plugin for standard CEX CFW included in PSNPatch 2015/07A some fork version of PRX Loader?

This is a living patcher for the core, that allows the loading of plugins in any firmware version at boot time.
It has some basic ideas latter used roughly by mamba for the autoloader.
The compatibility for all firmware version is detailed in the docs.

The detailed tech info and docs are included in Psnpatch distribution.

Help? The latest version doesn't seem to spoof the firmware. I read the readme from beginning to end, and a couple times it had "temporarily disabled" after mentions of firmware spoofing. But it doesn't say why that is or when it will be enabled again, or how to enable it again. It's been a while since the last release so I don't think it will fix itself any time soon?

Any ideas? Help appreciated!

PSN Patch no longer spoofs CFW

Spoofing probably never go back to psnpatch, kokotonix said that is unsafe for now. Use external spoof or 4.76 CFW.

Thanks! Do you know if sen-enabler and others are unsafe to use then since the developer of this believes so? Have there been discussions about this; have people gotten banned from it yet? Either way thanks

what FW are you on why not update?

You could use SEN Enabler 5.9.0 for spoofing FW versuon & PSNPatch for spoofing ids & allow PSN access.
If you spoof idps & psid & use a new PSN account you will not be taking any risks to get your main account banned or your console.

However, I don't understand why you do not update to Rebug 4.75.3 which takes care of the problem thanks to its integrated version spoofing.

Otherwise a 4.76 CEX with Mamba Auto Loader installed should solve all your problems too & give you as many features as a Cobra CFW apart from PS2 Emulator...

You have a few options here which is cool!

4.76.1 REBUG LITE has Cobra integrated, no need for Mamba

I would update, but I've never done it before aside from 3.55 to cobra rogero 4.46, where I've stayed for a long time. It has allowed me to play ps2 and such, but I'm guessing I could probably get that all set up in rebug? Though assuming theres no issues, sen enabler would be the easier solution. I would inquire more, but unfortunately I think we've gone off topic here considering this a psnpatch thread. Thanks for the help though

I strongly suggest you to install rebug 4.76.1 light.
It has cobra and non-cobra.
And Psnpatch is fully compatible.
:)

Sure, hell. Rebug lite is now a better option. Even better than usual Cobra CFW releases...
I hadn't noticed it yet.. My bad..

It's all a question of needs, I suppose, in the end.

Personally, I'd rather stay on 4.75.3 REX.
Il cannot really see the point in upgrading to a 4.76 lite version !?
No debugging among other things!
PSNPatch works great too.

However for many people, in theory, Rebug 4.76 Lite is the best choice by far..

Joonie kapa

Just made my tests with both rebug Rex 4.75.3 and rebug lite 4.76.1.
(Being Rex or lite shouldn't make a difference for testing purposes as the Psnpatch plugin loader works at the init_osd.self level - a lot of cautions and counter measures are used, following the best practices to assure and test a correct file swapping).
All that is made can not do any of the issues reported by kapa.
Nevertheless, here are The tests made:
-start in non-cobra mode, installed psnpatch plugin loader with psnpatch plugin and webman non-cobra. After boot both plugin were successfully loaded and working as expected.
When changed rebug to cobra mode and reboot, psnpatch plugin loader detected as running in cobra mode and bypassed plugin loading to cobra. As expected the pre-configured cobra plugins were loaded without any issue.

Rebooted and rebooted. Went to cobra and non-cobra, back and forth several times.
Not a single issue.

All Seems to be as expected from both REBUG and PSNPATCH ;)

kokotonix, indeed, i've run the game with the original idps and then with another!! i didnt know that idps protection.. i'll delete saves and game data and try again ;)

I'll like to give to you another "bug" that i've found, in rebug, we can have cobra enabled and disabled, correct? i've install plugins on rebug w/ cobra activated and then instaled all plugins that psnpatch have on rebug without cobra activated (psnpatch, webman and the another that do auto load), so, my objective was to had one consola with plugins running with or without cobra activated, but, after shutdown the ps3 and turn on again, one file of ps3 is corrupted, and the ps3 looses all user setting (video, audio, online account data, all lost). So, my question is, this is something that is not recomended to do, or is something that can be resolved? this only happens when shutdown with ps bottun on the controler.

Hope that this help you somehow.
kapa
Do you mind telling us what model of console you are having this plugin issue with?
FAT CECH??? or Slim 2???

koko apparently tried this without experiencing any problems so now am curious.
