1) Don't mix Sen Enabler and psnPatch disable cfw functions. Best way is use 4.75 and ONE of mentioned enablers. Sen Enabler have additional spoof function to 4.75, psnPatch lack of spoofer but like kokotonix said most safe is to use current fw than spoof. Anyway psnpatch can be used with external spoof until you don't use external cfw syscalls blocking.
2) For now only "deep" tested 4.75 cfw with cobra is habib beta v3 or v4. And yes, you can use cobra cfw. There is no sign that $ony look for cobra files from 4.46 to 4.75. So is safe until you use good Syscall disabler.
3) Lite version from kokotonix is probably most compatibile version, but this don't mean that other versions are not safe, etc. Just don't use disabling syscall, etc. functionality in webman, and all should be ok.

(which everyone else seems to use) I used
because I don't need IDPS and PSID spoofing because I use CCAPI 2.60v5 for that (I assume if I did it would spoof my IDPS to 00000000000000000000000000000000 or whatever since I haven't put any numbers into it). Anyway, once I uninstalled the plugin my internet was back to normal. (For testing purposes i didn't mess with the internet settings at all except to try and connect.)
