PSX Games On PS2 Slim Just A Black Screen

Hey Guys

I followed a video on how to play PSX games on my soft modded PS2 slim using FMCB. I placed my files as below. The games show up in OPL and when I click on the game to launch it i see loading config the drive flashes but then the screen goes black and stays be black and I have to power off the console. I googled so much and cannot find a way to solve this.

I don't know if this would have anything to do with it, but psx games are in 240p, so if your tv can't support that resolution, you'll get a black screen. my tv can't. most new tvs can't in fact.

I almost forgot about it.

There is an option\feature for that in POPStarter.
Add:

$HDTVFIX

in "CHEATS.TXT":

Hey

It was the hard drive I was using. It worked for PS2 but not PS1
