PS3 Queries into having multiple Hard Drives

I understand about the 2tb limit on PS3 models with portable hard drives. So I am wondering, with Hen and webman, can you have two 2tb hard drives attached to usb ports, and still read both of their contents (iso backups) at the same time?

Limit came from MBR and also FAT32. CellOS not supporting anything else for external devices. However, homebrew can use something different, independently from OS, like eg. exFAT or NTFS which aren't limited to 2TiB in 512B sector size. The question is if eg. current WebMAN MOD expecting MBR partition table or fs starting from LBA0 can be parsed? We don't need any partition table on USB because we don't need multiple partitions. Eliminating MBR, open doors for high capacity storage which even not exist yet.

Or maybe there is something else I'm not aware?
