Can MC anihilator have a bug and cause the MC's death?

I have 4 PS2 memory cards, one of them original, I formatted them all with MC Anihilator and then installed Funtuna, all of them crashed or had a black screen after a short time of use, I restarted the console and they died and are not recognized by the PS2 i cleaned gold contacts no resolve, I suspect that something in the power supply to the memory card slots has changed and I have a digital multimeter, what is the scale of the multimeter and where do I place the two tips on the console to test?

If you formatted card by MCA and after that written some files to it, it means it working fine... So you claim is false.

OpenTuna must be used on target firmware version. If you try different version on non-compatible one, it can break MCFS (for unknown reason; @HWNJ told me that in time when we working on InstaTuna). If PS2 MC have damaged ECC field, it will be stop recognizing. I believe you tried use FunTuna on model for which isn't intended to use and it killed your card in a way I described.

Maybe it can be restored by MCA v1.0 but CLI version with -force parram.

Can you please help me? Is it possible to recover all these memory cards? None of them are recognized by my PS2 Slim 90k no data in MC. I plug them in and there is no connection signal.
I tried using the latest version of Funtuna because it works on PS2 Fat and Slim with or without a Matrix chip. In my case, my model has a Matrix chip.
I opened all the MCs and used contact cleaner spray and it didn't work.
I thought the problem could be the high amperage voltage output of the PS2 slot killing the MCs or the use of the MC Anihilator formatter with some bug.

in ulaunchelf it is also not accessible and does not show files

When the defect occurs I am normally using the MC but the console freezes or the screen is black when I reset the console the MC is no longer recognized by the console

Maybe possible, maybe not. I never tried on broken ECC cards, in assumption that's even the reason. For sure slot not killed them (if it wasn't hw tampered in any way), neither MCA.

I don't know how to proceed
everything I went through was reported in my previous message but it is difficult to recover a card that is not being recognized by the PS2 and I do not have an adapter for MC on the PC

I told you, use MCA v1.0 CLI, with parram called force. To run CLI app with parrams/arguments, you need do that with RadShell on PS2 side or PS2Link on PC-PS2side. But since you don't know how to use CLI apps on PC, you have zero chance understand how to do that on PS2.

I can learn and try but without tutorial and help it is difficult for me to proceed
I also need the download link for this special version of MCA

This link says MCA2.0a and not 1.0
Does this procedure for recovery MC require a PC/PS2 Slim connection via RJ45 cable and router?

There's a second possibility: Maybe he selected a size bigger than the MC's real size when formatting with MCA...

In my case, I use the latest version of Funtuna for my PS2 Slim 90k with Matrix. Should I keep this version? In the future, if my Matrix dies and I can't find another one to replace it, which homebrew can work on all versions of FAT and Slim, with or without Matrix?

Is there still any possibility of recovering these 4 memory cards? I need help

I linked to specific post where I describe what command to use...

MCA 1.0 is in PS2 AIO Project which I linked in the past to you several times...

For PS2Link yes (you don't need router, local network does not requiring router), for RadShell no.
There's a second possibility: Maybe he selected a size bigger than the MC's real size when formatting with MCA...
If he would select bigger card, it would end with false MCFS table. Card be still valid from PS2 point of view and fs break only when write exceed or write to beyond real capacity. His is unrecognized by PS2 as device, at least based on what he described across... 5 threads.

This search is not specific to My situation with MCA cli for PS2
You will need RadShell, an USB keyboard and, of course, MCA 1.0
That is something that is a bit over your skill level, since you need to load some modules before launching MCA.
If a you think something could get lost in translation if you follow a guide made by us in English, please, let me know and, instead, I will make you a guide in Portuguese so it could be easier for you to understand and avoid getting confused.
Let me know how will you prefer to do it and I will do as you say. My Portuguese is quite decent for a non-native speaker.

I don't know what radshell or ps2link is, is it a device or software? can I use my pc's usb keyboard The tutorial can be in English, I'll translate it, but in Portuguese it's complicated for you guys, I'm helping me mca 1.0 cli I have on the pc
