Question about CFW and my purchased content on PSN

Hello to everyone,
sorry for alimenting the flood of cfw newcomers threads of these days...

Yesterday i went for the first time from 4.82ofw to 4.82 ferrox and then 4.81.2 rebug thanks to the new exploit.
Then i noticed that i have some games i bought on the psn store that i would like to redownload to play and started wondering what can i do about it now...
They are on an account i'm also using on ps4, being banned and losing the purchased content would be so sad and therefore i want to totally avoid that possibility.

Any suggestion?

Since the exploit is still available on the last ofw, what if i go back to 4.82 ofw, access to the store, download them all and execute the exploit again? Would it be safe?

I read on some old posts i found searching on google that i have to flash the ofw twice?? How do i get to do that? And do i have to format the hdd from a computer?

you need the game installed, then the rap file. the rap will use your act.dat and idps to create a rif file. that's the license needed to use psn content. don't use game fixes. they break the game actually.

Thanks for the answer yet i don't clearly understand. My problem is not about using those games, it's about downloading them from the store since they're not installed on my ps3 currently. Is there any way i can access the store with a cfw and not getting banned?
If the answer is no, would the thing i mentioned in the last part of my first post work?
 
Do not use the same account u have on ps4 on a ps3 with cfw, if u want to download the games on ur ps3 from that account go back to 4.82 official firmware and download the games from psn store, after you done that then go back to cfw doing the steps needed for it from the exploit page..

i suggest you make a new account(i suggest make it while you are still on OFW) just for ps3 after that if your thinking on going online with cfw that way if u get an account ban only your ps3 account will be banned.

Youi dont have to format the hdd on the computer.

No, actually i'm just interested in single player, no online requested.

And about the double installation of the ofw? Cause i read this on internet

I believe you should install the OFW twice. My understanding is that there is a record of the previous version's info saved in the firmware. If you install the OFW twice, it will erase the previous one too. I just looked at an OLD flash dump (this was an old dump back when 4.65 was current).... there is a ROS0 version of 465, and a ROS1 version of 4.66.... . Anyways, this probably doesn't really matter, but, you are asking, so I thought I'd let you know about this... I think the community called this installing the OFW twice, "de-hashing" back in the day. Other than that, I think formatting the drive 100% and letting the ps3 re-format it should totally erase all the traces of CFW (along with the "de-hashing" above).. You might want to toggle "QA Toggle" off.... not sure if they can tell if a PS3 is QA Toggled.... Then again, having that off might not allow you to install the OFW twice... lol. You could (with qa toggle on) install 3.55 OFW twice, then turn off QA toggle from 3.55, then the ps3 should be totally back to good.... then format the HD, etc

I personally have one for my vita. then, I have my main one and one for reactpsn. you can actually create an aa account as well as the reactpsn one, and you'll never have to rename anything.

I've purchased humble bundle a few times, and I've offered most games here. I kept say street fighter 5 and I gave mm anniversary collection to a friend (already had it). however, some @ssholes took advantage of my first giveaway, so I changed things for the next. I only give to established members now. I think originally the people just made an account to get free games. @ss holes.

Oh, ok so it's that easy? i just install the same ofw twice from xmb? Does the ofw allow to do that, to install twice the same version?

Always wanted to know: if I have a rif file, which was converted from rap to rif, in which directory on PS3 should I put that rif?
 
dev_hdd0/home/0000000x/exdata . the 0000000x folder is your profile number, so it you have multiple profiles, you'll have multiple folders there.
