Question about Ps3toolset and dump.bin file

hey i hate to ask this here but i cant make my own thread or know how to. but my ps3toolset flash memory keeps giving me a "dump.bin" file instead of dump.hex, i dont know what process im doing so wrong but im on 4.90 and my ps3 is compatible. i also already changed the time and stuff

It's just a name change in the 1.2.007 update, nothing more, the contents of the file are the same, you can rename it if you prefer or use it as is, it makes no difference.
The change of file extension was requested by users, the bin extension seemed more fitting than the hex extension..
