Question - possibe to recover a playstation account only knowing the username?

Is it possibe to recover a playstation account only knowing the username? I lost an account years ago and i really wanted to recover for a long time, but i don't know the email neither the password. Only The ID.
If there isn't, is there a way of just figuring out what the email is? I have some ideas of what the password would be, i'm just not sure what email i used because i have a lot.

Copy your xregistry.sys from dev_flash2/etc/xRegistry.sys to your usb drive & open it up on the computer.
Find your user ID, password & other essentials from that file.

Ah, well, uh, i don't really know how to do that actually, i never mess around with files and stuff like that. Tried to search it up, but i still don't know, could you tell me?

Assuming you have HAN & on fw 4.84 HFW, Connect your usb & Open up the file copier, then do this:

(Select devflash2 in options)
Source Path: etc/xRegistry.sys

(Select usb from options)
Destination Path: xRegistry.sys

If it keeps failing switch usb ports and try.

This process copies your xregistry from dev_flash2 to your usb drive. So then you can just plug it in the computer and use it.

If you're on cfw google filezilla ps3 ftp.

If the account is still on your console, then you would already know the email as it would be on the sign in screen. So I guess its not on any console as you dont know the email.

If you figure out the email address, you can recover a PS account over the phone if you have enough information to convince phone support that you own the account. I did it before by knowing about recent downloads.
