PS3 Questions about going online in risky games like COD and Destiny.

I'm new to modding PS3s and have learned a decent deal from a friend who has been doing it for a while, but i have two questions he cannot answer.

I had PS3HEN + WebMAN MOD installed with basically no settings changed, i realized i wanted to check out destiny since i just found that i have it installed officially. I don't want to get banned and am aware of the risks, I also read some about destiny being more invasive and harsh than games like COD are when it comes to games detecting the system having been modded (Also read that Destiny doesn't have an antiban eboot available unlike COD and some people had mixed experiences with not getting and getting banned with different setups and I myself couldn't come to a conclusion on how to play it and be safe).

This is what brought me to try to figure out a way to use stock firmware and play it with no risk of being banned, after more research i found i cant swap files on the drive easily and also cannot just swap drives to go between OFW and HFW. So i decided to just install OFW again but I'm hesitant to run the game because I'm aware that the files from PS3HEN and my other homebrew are still there (I did see an option to delete them excluding one file from the browser i think it was but i don't want to do that either because then I'd lose most my modded setup).

This brings me to my questions:

- Can I (on my current setup on OFW with modded files still on the drive) go online in a game like Destiny or COD and not have it tell Sony that I'm running mods or have ran mods in the past?

- If not, does removing PS3HEN files via its option to do so allow me to go online and be safe?
