If so can someone explain to me the steps ?

hi im noob to to ps3 hacking ( hacked wii and 3ds ) Mine is phat on 4.81, what is the first step in the tutorial ? what i need ? usb flash ? do i need to open up my ps3 ?
i need to play god of war and other banned games in my country , i can't find it and also i can't use PSN USA visa to buy it online or if I order it through amazon it will get caught before reaching to me
