PS3 Rap files on 4.90 Not working.

The problem is my system is not activated. How do i do that?
Found option on cobra tools and apollo.
now its activated now i get an
80029515 error
 
Just to give context, when you tried to activate your content bafore activating the system, the PS3 generated bad licence RIF files.

After you've run Apollo Save Tool, it cleared everything and created a fake, but valid, act.dat file. After that, the licences will be generated properly.
 
oh, thank you. i have another issue lol with isos but i am going with Jb rips right now until i post this new toipic
