PS3 RE:[GUIDE] SSD for PlayStation 3

Just looking to add a data point to the "Probably Compatible" chart...

I replaced the original HDD in my 1st-Gen 60GB PS3 (CECHA01) with an SSD that I got off of Amazon almost 3 months ago, and it's been working pretty swell thus far..

Taking a second look at those charts has me a little nervous, considering that the 120GB & 500 GB versions of the same make & model are on the "probably incompatible" chart..
I really wish I did a little more research on the topic before pulling the trigger on that purchase....

Yeah, on first sight I wondered if it is not a mistake.

If after such period you didn't noticed any mentioned in guide issues (well, you can still with PS2 games, but that's more like just emulator issue with such fast transfers - somehow -), then we can assume it is fine.

PS2 games loaded via WebmanMOD work exactly like they're supposed to. Maybe it's because I'm using an o.g. backwards-compatible PS3?
