PS3 [Rebug 4.82.1] Black Screen in some games

can someone help me Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition US goes black screen when i try to launch but when i delete the game data is says "an error occurred during start operation."

You will have to connect to your PS3 via FTP, locate all the game data folders and delete them.

After that, you will have to rebuild the database in order to clean any leftovers of the game in the PS3 index.

No problem!

Most of the time it's data corruption because of a bad console shutdown. Another possible cause could be an SSD if your console has it. Other thing that comes to my mind might be a bad DLC installation or mod menu that corrupted the installed data (but this idea is very unlikely).

i opened the files with ftp and went to hdd0/game and deleted BLUS30902 then i rebuilt the database and it still gives me the error. what else should i try to get mortal kombat komplete edition working?

Could be the save file that's corrupted somehow?.

What about your BD drive and the game disc?, are they in good conditions?.
