REBUG lite vs FERROX, 4.82 CFW

Let me start by making it clear that I'm a normal simple user, I'm looking for a simple and stable CFW that allows me to play my backups and PSN games, I'm not a developer and have no interest in advanced options.. only the ones that allow me to play my games flawlessly.

I'm running 4.55 Rogero CEX.. which has been excellent.. very stable and simple.. I never had any problems.. so I'm looking for something similar, I've heard FERROX is very simple while REBUG is very advanced and has many options for developers and I feel a bit intimidated by it.. but at the same time people say it's the most stable of all which interest me... Is REBUG lite simple enough for me? I've read that it's better for noobies than REX or should I go for FERROX? is it stable to just install and forget and have a good experience?

[Other info]
I haven't updated my PS3 since 2014 mainly because I don't use it as much as I used to and I never felt any reason to do it since nothing is broken... But I figured that is time to update, there's gotta be some new exciting things in the new ones or at least better performance right? Anyways the last time I did this was a long time ago and I forgot almost everything, I'm not up to date with scene. If anyone could like me a guide on how to update your FW to refresh my memory I'd be a very happy guy.

both should suit you. in the case of rebug, like a lot of people say, don't mess with an option if you don't know what you're doing.

Both are great and you'll probably have no problem independently of which you chose, Rebug Lite to end user is pretty much the same as ferrox BTW in the early days I was also intimidated by rebug REX but as long as you dont mess with the advanced settings and use it "just to play" you'll be fine

Rebug LITE and Ferrox pretty much have all the same patches (Rebug has Linux install options through Toolbox). It's all more of your XMB customization preferences. I suggest trying them both to see which better suits you.
