Maybe it's a file permissions issues.

step 1 : Delete the old data previously installed.
step 2 : Launch ManaGunZ, and select 'fix permission' in game option menu
step 3 : Mount it and launch it.
step 4 : cross your fingers

Are we talking about (a) bug(s) that appear(s) solely on Rebug but not on OFW & other CFWs?

If so, have you tested it/them with Cobra disabled?
If not, you cannot objectively blame Rebug.

yes you right i'm not blame rebug i only say i saw this bug on the last of us but like you said can be cobra the problem i have tried with original DISC with cobra enable tomorrow i try with cobra disabled
