Well, look, there is very small things in this world which You can split into 'better' and 'worst', mostly because between black and white are other shades, literally and not only. It happens quite seldom in console hacking. Things are different mostly, and all have some pros and cons. That's how it is with CEX and DEX CFWs. They are different, and offering different functionality, more in DEX but almost all "ordinary users" not need any of them. If You don't know the differences, it means You don't need them.
Conversion is simple to perform but hard to understand. The same as consequences in mandatory changing IDPS in this operation.
