my ps3 was cfw 4.76 and my brother messed with sen enabler so now it is 4.86 but i cant enter to anything multiman and any installed pkg and app home ps3 folder too it says CAN NOT ENTER DUE TO REGION RESTRICTIONS i even tried a game from cd and same thing happned pls help and thnks
 
Coro was just bumping the thread so that others may see it and possibly be able to help you out.

To me it sounds like your brother spoofed your firmware from 4.76 to 4.86 with SEN Enabler which is now causing some issue. Either that or you are on 4.86. What does it say in System Information in terms of firmware version installed? It might be as simple as just reinstalling the CFW or updating if indeed you are still on below 4.86.

Hopefully others may be more familiar with the issue and might be able to offer some assistance.
 
it says 4.86 but before sen enabler was 4.76 so like u said i tink he spoofed it and cant enter to sen enabler to deactivate it so i am stuck i hope somone would know smthng thank u for ur reply
 
what kind of ps3 do you have? model number? usually when something catastrophic happens with sen enabler you may have to format the hdd. I don't know what else to try if you can't boot anything.

it is a slim ps3 model CECH 2104 A i tried full format the jailbreak didnt go and so is the problem

i think @pinky meant to take the hdd out and put it in pc (or use usb adaptor). then format (as ntfs if possible) and put back in ps3. you will have to have cfw pup on usb to reinstall when you boot ps3 again. you can try the cfw you are using now (if you have or can find the pup) but you MIGHT have to install 4.86 (rebug lite) because of the spoof.
 
yeah, try a format on a pc. if you have a sata station or a spare enclosure or if you want to put the hdd in the pc, that'd be great!
 
you can do it yourself. just plug the hdd into the computer and format it through windows. the ps3 will format it as well, but it will be a clean hdd install this time. if that doesn't fix your problem, you may have to contact @Evilnat . he's the dev who made sen enabler. it's a pretty powerful and advanced piece of software, so it's easy to mess something up, then not know how to fix it.

ok i ll try just one thing i ddnt understand the part u have to put a cfw pup

ok thanks shall i choose MBR or GPT before the format
 
technically, you're supposed to remove a spoof before installing a new firmware to prevent problems, but since you can't do anything with that system, install whatever it says (make sure it's cfw by checking the md5).

so i formated the drivr and now i am in the safe mode it says update data version 4.76 or later i know i ask too much i just dnt wonna do smthg i regret so what shld i do now with detail please and thank u very much foryour patiane with me
