PS3 Released - Control Fan Utility v3.10 & PRX Loader v1.12

Following Orion's GameSonic manager update here are two other updated utilities for PS3 custom firmware users. Bringing 4.75 DEX support these updates are for Control Fan Utility and PRX Loader.[break].[/break]

Here's to you guys a quick update of the Fan Control utility that integrates the new payload 4.75 DEX.
