Remarry Blueraydrive error

Hey guys,
the problem is the following I own a Ps3 CECHCxx for which I no longer have the original drive board. So I installed the noBD firmware and installed a drive that I tested and that works with all cables from a CECHGXX. Now I have saved the eid_root_Key and started the FSM. However, with the option remarry Blueray Drive I get 2 errors once: sys_storage_open error and once CEX_drive_init() failed. Does anyone know what the problem is? When I install a normal CFW without the noBD I get the typical 8002F14E error. It can't be the drive board and cables, they worked until the console they came from got YLOD.
Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to get it fixed? Would be grateful for any help.

Well - I have the same problem. I have a CECHA00 (among 2x CECHA01 (40mn), CECHB01, CECHC04 ... fully working). But this particular one I bough for 30 euro and "with BD problem". I came with a lot corrosion... no good sign. Cleaned it, delid it. Took the BD-board out and put it in a working BD. Didn't work. So I installed CFW-noBD (4.92.2) and get the ERK. Then put a fully working BD-410 and even a fully working BD-400 (yes I have working spare BD's) and went to factory mode for remarrying. No success. Then a normal CFW 4.92.2 result in (8002F14E)-error. The fault must be in the motherboard (connector?). I'm now back at CFW-noBD 4.92.2. I will dissembling the PS3 to take a look again, but what will I look for? What else can it be?
The power work (I suppose - as the BD pull in disc and spinn up).

I think I found the issue...
This is after I cleaned it with isopropanol and even wd-40 (toothbrush)
Any suggestions??
